Tell Health Inc. was set up in 2019 by a practicing physician and an IT engineer to address a gap in the healthcare market. The combination of clinical and technical expertise has led to solutions that address real problems in ways that work for patients, providers and payers. We are a member of the MATTER community. We work together with the ADAPT Research Centre on implementing advanced AI functionality. We work with Google Cloud and we are pleased to have been selected as a Surge Startup Program participant.

We believe in human-centred design. Our systems has been developed with focus on usability and simplicity.
Our systems qualify as as certified health IT under the current CMS incentive program that encourages health IT adoption - Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), which includes a Quality Payment Program (QPP) with multiple clinician payment tracks. Participation in QPP rewards clinicians' use of certified health IT
